These Country Stars Almost Played The Super Bowl Half Time Show

Country music gets no respect. Our artists’ sellout stadiums! Yet, the NFL has never invited one to headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show. Something we learned recently is there have been discussions with at least a couple. Kenny Chesney says he would probably do it, but he isn’t upset he hasn’t been included because he enjoys kicking back with a cold beer and watching the game. Zac Brown on the other hand thinks the NFL fumbled when they selected Maroon 5 over his band to perform in their hometown.
