“We cannot stay safe and we cannot take care of all these people that are coming in because no one is taking this seriously,” says Mary Macdonald, an ER nurse working in Oakland County. Hospitals are using the last of their supplies and are down to the reserves of medicine as basic as Tylenol. Masks are so low that medical personnel are given one mask to check out for the entire year.
